About the role
EaseMyTrip.com is a leading Indian online travel company offering end-to-end travel solutions to individual travelers, travel agencies, and corporate clients across B2C, B2B2C, and B2E channels. This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing (Galileo) role based in Noida, working with Galileo and other GDS platforms. The role covers domestic and international ticket reservations and issuance, fare calculations, PNR management, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and customer and corporate client support.
What you will do
- The role involves handling domestic and international ticket reservations and issuance using Galileo and other GDS platforms as needed.
- Responsibilities include managing ticket sales, fare calculations, PNR creation and modification, reissues, cancellations, and refunds in line with airline policies.
- The ticketing professional will assist customers and corporate clients with itinerary planning, schedule changes, and travel-related queries while adhering to company and airline guidelines.

- Strong ticketing and reservations skills, including Ticket Sales and Reservations using Galileo or similar GDS.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to support travelers and corporate clients effectively.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to upsell relevant services and meet ticketing and revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with airline fare rules, PNR management, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel regulations, routes, and airline policies.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an online travel agency or airline ticketing environment is preferred.
