About the role
EaseMyTrip.com is an Indian travel company offering B2B2C, B2C, and B2E travel solutions, including domestic and corporate airline ticket bookings. This full-time, on-site role in Noida focuses on domestic and international flight reservations using Galileo, ticket issuance and reissuance, cancellations and refunds, and customer/partner coordination. The ticketing professional will also maintain reservation data accuracy, stay current on airline rules and promotions, and support sales and customer service teams.
What you will do
- handling domestic and international flight reservations using Galileo, issuing and reissuing tickets, and managing cancellations and refunds in accordance with airline policies
- coordinating with customers and travel partners to provide accurate itineraries, fare quotations, and travel options, while resolving booking-related queries promptly and professionally
- ensure data accuracy in the reservation system, maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules and promotions, and support sales and customer service teams with ticketing-related information
- adherence to company processes, meeting performance targets, and delivering a high-quality customer experience

- Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills for handling bookings, cross-selling, and meeting revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and resolve queries.
- Candidates should possess solid Reservations skills, including experience with Galileo or similar GDS platforms.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Prior experience in airline ticketing, travel agencies, or online travel platforms is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of domestic and international fare rules, airline policies, and refund/reissue procedures is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Relevant education in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
