About the role
Hero MotoCorp's Premium Business Unit combines the company's scale and legacy with the agility of a high-growth premium venture, focused on after-sales service and the premium consumer experience. The unit operates through Premia workshops and dealer service networks, emphasizing technology, global collaborations, and performance-led innovation. This Territory Manager role drives customer engagement, market penetration, dealer service revenue, NPS improvement, workshop SOPs and productivity, and field-based product and warranty support for the North Zone (Noida) and South Zone (Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore).
What you will do
- Driving Growth: Maximize dealer service revenue and profitability through strategic planning.
- Elevating CX: Enhance customer happiness indices, NPS, and delight quotients.
- Process Excellence: Implement SOPs and streamline workshop productivity.
- Leadership: Develop team skills and manage warranty/technical feedback systems.

- Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automotive).
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Territory Manager Aftersales/ Customer experience in a Premium OEM.
- Skills: Strong understanding of workshop operations, warranty management, and product expertise.
