About the role
The DoorDash Labs Recruiting Team builds the DoorDash Labs culture by partnering with Labs hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies that enable efficient, unbiased hiring of remarkable technical talent. As a Technical Recruiter at DoorDash Labs, the role supports the growing India Operations team, working with hiring managers, engineers, and executives to hire top technical talent. The position reports directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager and covers engineering hiring, talent market insights, and large-scale talent acquisition initiatives.
What you will do
- Partner closely with our Labs Engineering leaders to hire top engineers across multiple teams
- Partner with the hiring managers and their team to develop creative strategies for engaging with and closing top talent
- Drive large-scale talent acquisition initiatives by planning and executing mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns
- Help influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting process
- Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative closing strategies
- Help create an outstanding candidate experience
Skills used in this role

- You have 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, including experience closing candidates in-house and a focus on engineering
