About the role
The Enterprise Factory Bangalore team at HDFC Bank runs the bank's Digital channels development projects. The work spans a Java, Spring Boot, MySQL and Angular stack delivered through agile scrum practices within the banking domain. This Technical Project Manager role owns end-to-end project management of these digital channel projects, including project and test plans, agile ceremonies, artifact preparation and coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
What you will do
- Responsible for project management of the Digital channels development Project
- Drive the project in an agile way following all the scrum ceremonies
- Responsible for providing all required project management artifacts for the project
- Prepare detailed project plan, test plans among others
- Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 15-18 years of IT experience with atleast 7+ years as a Technical Lead and then Technical Project Manager
- Educ: Graduate in any discipline with on the job IT Delivery experience
- Good know-how of Java, Spring boot, MySQL
- Exposure to Front end technology like Angular will be added value
- Agile and Digital product delivery experience is a must. Banking Domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong technical background and Project Management experience
- Operate effectively in a matrix structure
- Good Communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project
- Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management as well as client
- Ability to interact at various levels within the organization
