About the role
This role sits within a Bosch engineering delivery team working on Angular and C# based applications. The team operates with Agile/Scrum practices and focuses on continuous improvement, front-end quality, and predictable delivery. The Technical Project Manager will coach the team on Scrum, facilitate ceremonies, track delivery metrics, and guide technical refinement and release planning across teams.
What you will do
- Coach the team on Scrum values and practices, fostering transparency and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support backlog refinement with a focus on clarity, prioritisation, and dependency management.
- Track and communicate delivery metrics (throughput, velocity, lead time, and quality indicators).
- Remove delivery impediments quickly and escalate when needed.
- Support release planning and cross-team alignment.
- Use Angular knowledge to guide better refinement, story slicing, and risk assessment.
- Facilitate discussions involving Angular and C# architecture, technical debt, performance, and testing strategies.
- Encourage shift-left testing practices and front-end quality improvements.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or project manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and coaching experience.
- Practical knowledge of C# and Angular, including components, routing, forms, and testing frameworks.
- Experience with Jira.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Certifications such as PSM I/II or CSM.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimisation.
