About the role
The Trust CX Innovation team drives advancements across Amazon Devices & Services (D&S) products, maintaining trust as the foundation while ensuring universal access as AI technology evolves, and developing privacy safeguards and accessibility features that serve millions of customers globally. The role is a Technical Program Manager who owns cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, design, and science teams to advance inclusive experiences. This TPM builds program plans, manages cross-team dependencies and risks, operates at a technical level to inform decisions, and keeps partner teams accountable to shared commitments and timelines.
What you will do
- Own and drive cross-functional programs that advance inclusive experiences across product, engineering, design, and science teams.
- Build the program plan: define scope, milestones, and success criteria, and translate charter goals into an executable roadmap with clear owners.
- Map and manage cross-team dependencies, identify risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution before they affect delivery.
- Help embed the inclusivity bar into how products are planned and built, so it is met before launch rather than inspected for at the end.
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear written status, updates, and decision documents.
- Operate at a technical level: understand the systems and trade-offs well enough to ask the right questions and support sound decisions.
- Track the metrics that show whether inclusive experiences are reaching customers, and use them to inform prioritization.
- Keep partner teams accountable to shared commitments and timelines.
