About the role
The Geo team builds the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for users through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, and Google Maps Platform, and also enables developers to enhance their apps and websites with Google Maps platforms. This Technical Program Manager role leads complex, multi-disciplinary data operations programs, using Generative AI to scale moderation, designing expert workflows, and owning global regulatory compliance workflows such as the DSA and CMA while coordinating cross-functional Engineering and Product teams.
What you will do
- Architect and build operational solutions using Generative AI to enhance moderation, scalability and efficiency. Design and set up assertion based expert workflows for newer FMR vectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for global regulatory workflows, ensuring compliance with mandates like the DSA and CMA.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to launch, coordinating closely with cross-functional Engineering and Product teams.
- Monitor program metrics and risks, communicating progress and performance effectively to senior leadership.
- Establish and manage in-house and outsourced project execution teams while leveraging internal Google products and tools to drive automation and enhance operational efficiency.

- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the implementation of GenAI-driven moderation frameworks to enhance operational scalability.
- Proven track record in planning, organizing, and risk management for high-stakes, cross-functional programs.
- Ability to utilize data analysis tools and drive focused insights and performance improvements.
- Strong capability to influence without authority across peer PgMs, Engineering leads, and senior leadership.
