About the role
Google Cloud delivers enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google's technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably, serving customers in more than 200 countries and territories. This role sits in ISM Product Operations, where Technical Program Managers lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners. The TPM will design and run systems that automate Alphabet's supply chain, use AI to automate end-to-end processes, and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
What you will do
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, collaborate with relevant teams to develop tools and scripts that streamline processes and improve efficiency. Design, develop and run systems that automate Alphabet’s supply chain.
- Translate complex technical and engineering issues into clear, concise summaries that are easily understood by management and cross-functional teams. Facilitate communication between different teams and ensure tight coordination.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Provide comprehensive program management support, including ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting mechanisms. Ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AI/ML concepts. Use AI to automate end-to-end processes, streamline coordination, and accelerate the execution of your programs.
Skills used in this role
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with JavaScript, Angular, Python, Cloud APIs.
- Experience with integrating AI models and services (e.g., Vertex AI) to create intelligent applications, building cloud services using cloud frameworks like Google Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems, drive results, and automate processes for efficiency gains.
