The team focuses on tenant and subscription administration, platform configuration, governance, security controls, cost optimization, patching, and user support. This Technical Program Manager role will lead platform operations, drive cross-functional programs across engineering, security, governance, operations, and business teams, and advance automation and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Drive Azure platform operations: Coordinate tenant and subscription administration, platform configuration, patching, user support, and operational escalation across the managed environment.
- Establish operational governance: Define clear ownership, service processes, controls, decision forums, metrics, and reporting that improve accountability and execution.

- Manage cross-functional programs: Align engineering, security, finance, support, and business stakeholders around priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Improve reliability and resilience: Identify operational risks, close process gaps, strengthen escalation paths, and build durable capabilities.
- Optimize Azure cost and capacity: Establish visibility and governance for consumption, cost drivers, optimization opportunities, and resource planning.
- Accelerate automation and continuous improvement: Use telemetry, automation, AI-enabled engineering, and standardized workflows to reduce manual effort and increase execution speed.
- Support control implementation: Coordinate intake, impact assessment, architecture alignment, implementation planning, and operational readiness for new security and platform controls.
- Communicate with leaders: Provide clear, decision-ready updates on service health, risk posture, delivery status, dependencies, and investment priorities.
