About the role
IBM Consulting works with clients globally on hybrid cloud and AI journeys, leveraging IBM technology, strategic partners, and Red Hat. The Identity & Access Management team delivers secure IAM solutions, including single sign-on and end-to-end user lifecycle provisioning. This Technical Consultant role implements and advises on IAM solutions, integrates IAM services with client application portfolios, and resolves IAM issues to improve clients' security posture.

As a Technical Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management, you possess extensive experience and expertise in various IAM solutions, product suites, and downstream applications. You leverage in-depth product knowledge, client business understanding, and IAM solution expertise to deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs.
- Implement IAM Solutions: Deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs, ensuring a least privilege model and implementing single sign-on solutions.
- Provide Consulting Services: Analyze and resolve IAM issues and provide consulting services to integrate IAM application services with broader application portfolios.
- Advise Clients: Offer expert advice on the selection, implementation, customization, configuration, and production support of IAM security tools and solutions.
- Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Provide end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Resolve IAM Issues: Analyze and resolve IAM issues, contributing to an overall superior security posture for the client.
- IAM Implementation: Experience working with IAM security tools and solutions, including implementation, integration, and single sign-on solutions.
- End-to-End Provisioning: Experience working with end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and a least privilege model.
- IAM Solution Customization: Experience working with customizing IAM solutions to meet clients' specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and a least privilege model.
