About the role
Jio is hiring an Area Talent Acquisition Executive to drive recruitment across an allocated geography within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters. The role focuses on building talent pools through alternate sourcing channels such as campus hiring, government skill development agencies, and employment exchanges, while managing recruitment compliances and dashboards. The executive will partner with geography stakeholders to close critical and priority positions and ensure strong candidate engagement through pre-onboarding.
What you will do
- Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
- Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, college Campus, Government skill development agencies, employment, exchanges etc.
- Manage all recruitment related compliances including background, verification, negotiation audit responses
- Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
- Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA
- Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, respective area
- Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of, requirements in their respective verticals
- Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.
