This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Associate role in Bengaluru manages end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate pipelines, offer negotiation, onboarding, recruiting analytics, and employer branding.
What you will do
- The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles across the company.
- Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job ads, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- The role involves conducting initial interviews, facilitating assessment processes, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
- The Talent Acquisition Associate also contributes to recruiting analytics, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvements to hiring practices.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic recruitment analytics is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
