About the role

Jio is hiring for the role of Supply Chain Operations Manager, focused on site-level Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) operations. The role involves deploying and rostering outsourced security manpower, ensuring SLP procedural compliance, and responding to and investigating security incidents such as theft, material loss and misconduct. It also includes conducting SLP trainings and briefings for site staff.

What you will do

  • Deploy outsourced security manpower and manage their shift roster.
  • Ensure compliance with SLP procedures at the site level.
  • Respond to security incidents at the site and provide appropriate SLP support in investigating incidents relating to theft, material loss, misconduct, etc.
  • Conduct Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) trainings and briefings for site staff.
