About the role
Reliance Jio is hiring a State SLP Network Supply Chain Officer to run Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) operations at the state/site level. The role covers deploying and rostering outsourced security manpower, ensuring site-level compliance with SLP procedures, and investigating incidents such as theft, material loss and misconduct. The officer also conducts SLP trainings and briefings for site staff and liaises with local authorities.
What you will do
- Deploy outsourced security Manpower and manage their shift roster
- Ensure compliance to SLP Procedures at site level
- Respond to Security Incident at Site and provide appropriate SLP support in terms of Investigation of incidents relating to theft material loss, Misconduct etc.
- Conduct Security & Loss Prevention Trainings / Briefings to the site staff
