About the role
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams act as strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies, selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. This role serves as a core strategic thought partner to India LCS executive leadership, shaping commercial direction and long-term Go-to-Market strategy for the business. The role focuses on leading high-impact strategic initiatives, unlocking cross-sector and product growth opportunities, and driving rigorous commercial execution at scale.
What you will do
- Act as a strategic thought partner to LCS directors and industry heads advocating and challenging business leaders with data-backed insights, diagnosing revenue drivers, and scaling winning commercial plays across verticals.
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects and market assessments to unlock new revenue streams, solve complex commercial problems, and drive high-priority growth initiatives from hypothesis to execution.
- Identify systemic business, policy, and regulatory barriers, building compelling business cases to influence global product/policy roadmaps and unlock commercial velocity.
- Shape the future of Google’s sales engine by leading the strategic rollout, workflow integration, and adoption of AI-powered sales tools across India LCS.
- Co-author the India LCS annual strategy and multi-year Go-to-Market (GTM) plan, translating macro industry shifts into resource allocation, quota/incentive design, and organizational priorities.

- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, leading end-to-end strategy projects, and unlocking new revenue opportunities in a competitive technology, consulting, or digital media landscape.
- Strong grasp of digital advertising, customer segmentation, and commercial operations, with experience designing coverage models, product/policy business cases, or sales transformation programs.
- Expert at breaking down undefined, cross-functional problems using data-backed insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships with executive leaders, challenge the status quo constructively, resolve conflicting priorities, and persuade decision-makers in high-stakes forums.
