About the role
People Operations (known elsewhere as Human Resources) at Google brings in and supports the company's people through recruiting, core programs, and talent development with a data-driven approach. This Strategist role owns the end-to-end design and execution of service and case management infrastructure transformations across People Operations, partnering with business strategy, AI, platform, and technical teams. The role translates high-level vision into scalable operational models and launches go-to-market plans that drive systemic adoption and value.
What you will do
- Lead high-impact, complex transformation initiatives from concept to deployment. Define strategies to address complex operational challenges, direct cross-functional teams without direct authority, and establish key performance metrics and post-launch governance to track long-term ROI.
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical solutions. Author business cases and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that translate complex operational and service workflows into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions directly align with POps priorities.
- Drive GTM and holistic partner solutions. Establish two-way, closed-loop feedback systems between partner organizations and STACK. Drive the successful go-to-market (GTM) activation and rollout of new service solutions, while systematically channeling business priorities and user insights back to shape future roadmaps.
- Drive data-backed decision-making. Analyze POps service metrics and user feedback to identify system bottlenecks, measure transformation ROI, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
