About the role
The CHS (Central Hardware System) Program Management & Enablement team supports program managers and local hardware, mechanical, PCB, CAD, and package design teams on board and platform development. The role involves project planning, schedules, headcount and NRE tracking, risk and change management, and reporting for semiconductor/hardware programs. This Staff Project Analyst will build dashboards, maintain program data, and coordinate Bangalore teams with US-based engineering and program teams.
What you will do
- Support project planning for test cards, silicon breakout boards, and production card designs: map deliverables to program milestones and track them across the local design teams.
- Work with business unit program managers and US-based PCB and program teams to keep plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned across India and the US.
- Support program managers with schedules for board and R&D hardware design programs: maintain schedules, track milestones and dependencies, and flag slips early.
- Support headcount (HC) and NRE planning: collect inputs from functional teams at each program milestone, consolidate them, and identify resource gaps by team and region.
- Track HC and NRE against plan as scope and schedules change, and report gaps to program managers.
- Assist with financial roll-ups, forecasts, and fiscal year budget inputs, working with Finance. Maintain budget dashboards that track plan versus actuals.
- Maintain risk, issue, and change request trackers. Follow up with owners on mitigation plans and closure.
- Support core meetings and cross-site syncs: prepare agendas, capture minutes, decisions, and action items, and follow up with owners to closure.
- Prepare status reports and review materials for program managers and leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports, and use AI tools and automation to reduce manual work (for example Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint lists, JIRA).
- Maintain CHS program databases, trackers, and SharePoint sites, and implement enhancement requests from program managers.
