About the role

Honeywell's HR organization drives and oversees HR initiatives and projects that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. The role sits within a team focused on HR project management, talent management, and HR technology systems such as Oracle HCM. This Sr Talent Specialist will manage and deliver complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement in HR practices.

What you will do

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
