About the role
Honeywell is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of software engineers delivering software solutions end to end. The role owns the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, working with cross-functional teams on project plans and quality standards. It also carries people-leadership responsibility for recruiting, developing and retaining engineering talent.

- Lead and supervise a team of software engineers to ensure the successful execution of software engineering projects
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex software engineering problems
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software engineering processes and efficiency
