About the role
Honeywell's Automation business develops and manages the Building Management Systems (BMS) portfolio, delivering automation and control technologies for buildings. The team focuses on product strategy, market analysis, and portfolio performance to keep its offerings competitive and aligned with customer needs. This role drives product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management for the BMS portfolio and works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support.
What you will do
- Develop and execute product strategies for the Building Management Systems portfolio within Honeywell Automation.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch support, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.

- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of agile product development processes and quality management principles.
