About the role
Honeywell is seeking a Tosca Automation Architect to serve as the core technical authority defining, governing, and scaling its enterprise-grade test automation strategy. The role designs resilient, model-based test automation frameworks with Tricentis Tosca across SAP enterprise ecosystems, including Mobile Automation and Tosca Data Integrity. The architect will also standardize automation maturity, integrate suites into DevSecOps pipelines, and manage Tosca infrastructure while mentoring automation engineers.
What you will do
- Design & Implement Frameworks: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise automation frameworks utilizing Tricentis Tosca's model-based testing approach.
- Data Integrity Automation: Build and execute data testing strategies using Tosca Data Integrity (DI) to ensure end-to-end data validation and reconciliation.
- Mobile Automation Strategy: Design and scale cross-platform mobile automation frameworks for iOS and Android using Tosca Mobile Engine and cloud grids (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or Tricentis Device Cloud).
- Establish Standards & Governance: Define automation best practices, workspace structures, multi-user repository setups, version control discipline, and execution guidelines for global QA teams.
- Infrastructure Management: Lead the configuration and optimization of Tosca Distributed Execution (DEX), Tosca Server, Test Data Service (TDS), and multi-user environments.
- CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Seamlessly integrate Tosca test suites into modern DevSecOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing.
- End-to-End Enterprise Automation: Design cross-platform automation flows spanning Web, APIs (REST/SOAP), Mobile, Desktop, Databases, and legacy systems.
- Test Data & Optimization: Architect robust Test Data Management (TDM) and Test Case Design (TCD) states to minimize redundancy and optimize regression portfolios.
- Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship, code-review governance, and technical upskilling to automation engineers and functional test teams.
- ROI Evaluation: Analyze existing QA practices to define automation scope, feasibility, and deliver measurable metrics on automation ROI to executive leadership.
