This senior full-stack role owns end-to-end development across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel, builds RESTful APIs and front-end components, mentors developers, and delivers production-ready, scalable applications.
What you will do
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel.
- Build optimized front-end components, backend services, RESTful APIs, and database operations.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize application performance and reliability.
- Ensure engineering quality through Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and development best practices.
- Own technical outcomes from requirement clarification through production delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and escalate technical and delivery risks.
- Mentor developers and raise engineering standards across the team.
- Improve architecture, processes, automation, and reusable engineering solutions.

- 6+ years of full-stack development experience , with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB.
- 5+ years of Laravel experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development.
- Proficiency in state management tools like Redux or Context API.
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, performance, security, testing, and maintainability.
- Proven ability to own complex technical problems from definition through delivery.
- Strong product, customer, and business understanding.
- Practical experience using AI and modern engineering tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Proven ability to lead front-end and back-end teams.
- Strong ownership, accountability, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to anticipate challenges rather than react to them.
- Ability to mentor developers and raise the performance of the people around you.
- Ability to challenge weak solutions constructively and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
