About the role

This Senior Frontend Developer role owns frontend outcomes end-to-end — from requirement clarification, architecture, and component design through testing, deployment, and production — while collaborating with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React.js, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
- Build scalable frontend architecture and clean, reusable, maintainable components.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, high-performance customer experiences .
- Develop production-grade React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Integrate APIs, authentication, third-party services, analytics, and real-time functionality. compatibility.
- Debug complex browser, mobile, integration, performance, and production issues and solve their root causes.
- Own frontend outcomes from requirement clarification and architecture through testing, deployment, and production.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.

- 5+ years of strong frontend development experience.
- Deep production expertise in React.js and React Native .
- Strong experience with Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern React patterns, state management, and the broader React ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, performance, security, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.
- Experience building responsive web applications and production-grade mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, state/data management, asynchronous workflows, and error handling.
- Ability to independently debug complex frontend, React Native, performance, integration, and production issues.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys, customer value, product thinking, and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to own complex frontend problems from requirements through production.

- Performance profiling, optimization, browser tools, and production debugging
- Basic cloud, deployment, CDN, caching, server, and production-environment understanding
- Business Clarity – Understand why something is being built, the customer/business problem, and the value it should create.
- Success Definition – Clearly understand what “done” and successful mean before development starts.
- Scope Discipline – Understand requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and edge cases while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
- Extreme Ownership – Own outcomes end-to-end. Don't hide behind design, backend, QA, or requirements. Escalate blockers early and drive problems to resolution.
- Risk Awareness – Identify technical risks, UX issues, performance bottlenecks, integration dependencies, compatibility issues, and edge cases before they affect customers.
