About the role
Elastic, the Search AI Company, provides the Elastic Search AI Platform for search, security, and observability, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500. This role is a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionalities, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT development teams. The analyst will gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work with Salesforce CPQ workflows, stakeholder coordination, and user acceptance testing.
What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development process. Analyze existing CPQ workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement. Translate these requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT teams and facilitate sessions to validate the requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and IT development teams. Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to gather input on CPQ functionalities, and consolidate feedback into actionable insights. Build proficient relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned.
- Identify and document any system defects or issues to facilitate resolution. Collaborate with IT teams to validate solutions after testing is completed. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
