About the role
Honeywell's Data Science team applies machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to translate business needs into data science solutions. The team focuses on advanced analytical methods and continuous improvement of its methodologies. This role provides technical leadership as a subject matter expert, leads complex end-to-end data science projects, mentors junior data scientists, and contributes to the team's strategic vision.
What you will do
- Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions
- Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights
Skills used in this role

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall direction of the Data Science team
