About the role
Honeywell is seeking a senior cybersecurity architect/engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced cybersecurity solutions that protect critical assets and digital infrastructure. The role works across cross-functional teams to develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, integrate security controls into new and existing systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities span security architecture, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, security policy development, and incident response guidance for internal stakeholders.
What you will do
- Leading the design and implementation of cyber security solutions to protect critical systems and data
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security vulnerabilities
- Developing and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate security controls into new and existing systems
- Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on cyber security best practices and incident response procedures

Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience with security audits and compliance assessments.
- A history of incident response and crisis management experience.
- Involvement in industry cybersecurity networks and organizations.
