About the role
Honeywell's cybersecurity organization designs, implements, and maintains advanced security solutions that protect critical assets and digital infrastructure. The role sits within a team responsible for cybersecurity strategy, compliance with industry standards and regulations, and risk mitigation across enterprise systems. As a Sr Advanced Cyb Sec Archt/Engr, you will lead the design and implementation of security solutions, conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, define security policies, and support internal stakeholders on best practices and incident response.
What you will do
- Leading the design and implementation of cyber security solutions to protect critical systems and data
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security vulnerabilities
- Developing and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate security controls into new and existing systems
- Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on cyber security best practices and incident response procedures

- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.

Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience with security audits and compliance assessments.
- A history of incident response and crisis management experience.
- Involvement in industry cybersecurity networks and organizations.
