About the role
The role sits within Bosch's Active Safety programme, supporting customer projects in the APT and AAS domains. The work covers automotive embedded software system configuration, software module and package integration, and creation of software program versions for development phase and series production. The software integrator owns assigned HW/SW configuration and integration work packages, performs system and integration tests, and reports status to project and line managers.
What you will do
- Responsible as Program Software Developer (PSW) for customer projects for APT and AAS.
- Responsibility for assigned HW configuration, SW configuration and SW Integration work packages with respect to fulfillment of requirements, quality, time and effort
- Supporting the estimation of effort and planning of work package
- Perform Software System Configuration (e.g. Core SW Configuration, uC memory, uC I/O ...)
- Software module/package Integration and support of component integration. Integration of software modules provided by customers (software sharing).
- Creation of software program versions for development phase and series production
- Perform System tests / Integration test etc.
- Regular status reporting of the assigned work package to project- and line-manager
