About the role
Tata Elxsi is hiring a Solutions Architect for telecom OSS and inventory transformation work. The role focuses on AWS cloud-native architecture, TMF-compliant APIs, microservices, and integrations with OSS/BSS and CMDB systems. It involves defining end-to-end solution architecture, leading design governance, and driving AI-assisted delivery practices.
What you will do
- Define end-to-end solution architecture, HLDs/LLDs, integration patterns, and deployment models.
- Design Inventory Federation, Reconciliation, Golden Inventory, Intent vs Live views, Data Quality, and CMDB synchronization.
- Define TMF-compliant APIs, canonical data models, and cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Architect cloud-native platforms using EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, and Route 53.
- Define cloud migration, modernization, integration, and cost optimization strategies.
- Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and governance forums.
- Guide teams on scalability, performance, security, reliability, and integration best practices.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and OSS transformation goals.
- Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Leverage AI for requirements analysis, documentation, code reviews, and test automation.
- Establish AI guardrails, quality controls, and productivity frameworks.
- Mentor teams on AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Define CI/CD, observability, security, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Architect integrations with DSA, Comarch, CMDB, Discovery platforms, Azure AD, and OSS/BSS systems.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), monitoring, and DevSecOps best practices.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 12+ years in Solution Architecture, preferably within Telecom OSS/Inventory Transformation.
- Strong expertise in AWS Solution Architecture, Microservices, Kubernetes, Event-Driven Architectures, and API-led Integration.
- Hands-on experience with EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
- Experience with TM Forum standards, OSS Inventory, Federation, Reconciliation, and CMDB solutions.
- Knowledge of GitHub Copilot, AIDLC practices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- AWS Solution Architect Certification preferred.
