About the role
Atlassian's Service Collection spans Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets, and Rovo, and helps teams deliver high-velocity service management. The Solution Sales Executive owns territory strategy for the India market, working with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and channel/SI partners to drive ITSM and service management adoption among Indian customers. The role involves GTM campaigns, RFP/RFI responses with local SI partners, and representing Atlassian Service Collection at industry events.
What you will do
- Define and implement a clear vision for your territory and plan/communicate regularly on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Atlassian Service Collection at industry events and conferences.
- Work closely and openly with Atlassian partner management as well as directly with our partners who range from the world's largest IT service providers to other professional service firms of all shapes and sizes.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with any mainstream service management solutions is a must.
- Experience working with Indian customers, be able to work with local SI partners to respond to RFP/RFI.
- Comfortable of making decision driving GTM campaign with other Atlassian team and channel partners in the India market.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Certified in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory.
