About the role
This role sits within JPMorgan Chase's technology organization in Bengaluru, supporting quality assurance and testing activities for its applications. The work spans automated, functional, and regression testing across API, web, and end-to-end flows, along with database validation on MongoDB and Oracle. What you will do
- Execute automated, and regression testing using modern frameworks
- Functional testing – API/web/E2E
- Database experience – Mongo/Oracle
- Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection
- Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets
- Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes
- Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities
