About the role

The Rubrik Cloud Native Protection team helps customers protect, search, and analyze their cloud data securely and at scale, and is one of the fastest growing businesses within Rubrik. Rubrik Security Cloud delivers cyber resilience across clouds, identities, and workloads, while Rubrik Agent Cloud supports enterprise AI agent deployments. This role builds software with a background in distributed systems and cloud, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software while managing project priorities and deliverables.

What you will do

  • Build software using your strong background in distributed systems and cloud.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the software.
  • Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.

What the employer is looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience,
  • Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages like Go, Java, C/C++, Scala, Python
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP or other public cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Containers, Kubernetes, microservice architectures is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, design patterns, and software engineering principles
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex, time-sensitive projects.
