About the role
The role sits within Bosch and focuses on building and maintaining scalable Azure-based applications and automation for enterprise systems. The team works with C#, .NET, REST APIs, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integration services, including Microsoft Teams and unified communications platforms. This engineer will design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Azure DevOps and CI/CD in an Agile Scrum environment while collaborating with global teams.
What you will do
- Develop applications: Build and maintain scalable Azure-based applications using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Automate workflows: Create automation solutions using Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure CLI to reduce manual effort.
- Integrate systems: Connect enterprise systems with Microsoft 365 services and APIs using Azure integration services.
- Design solutions: Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical designs.
- Ensure code quality: Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code with proper testing.
- Implement CI/CD: Build and maintain deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps with automation and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate: Work with global teams on design, development, and delivery in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
- Enhance UC platforms: Develop tools and features for Microsoft Teams and related communication systems.

- Well-versed in state-of-the-art industry solutions and emerging technology trends.
- Passionate about UCC technologies and motivated to drive innovation that enhances collaboration and the digital workplace experience for customers worldwide.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- BE/BTech computer engineering degree
- 5 years of application development experience in Azure environment
- Strong development experience with .NET / C#.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and application development.
- Experience with several of the following: Azure Logic Apps, App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights, Event Grid, Key Vault, and API Management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Good hands-on experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Strong understanding of JSON and XML.
- Strong DevOps mindset, with an understanding of CI/CD, automation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Basic experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
