About the role
The role sits within Bosch's automotive embedded software development area, focused on AUTOSAR base software communication stacks for in-vehicle networks. The work spans driver and transceiver development for CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Ethernet, along with test frameworks, test automation, configuration validation and code generation scripts. The developer also handles change request and issue tracking tools and component releases, including release documentation and quality metrics verification.
What you will do
- Development of Autosar base software communication stack predominantly in driver & transceiver development activities (Can/Lin/Fr/Ethernet)
- Development of Test framework for Simulation environment.
- Development of Test cases, Test automation scripts.
- Development of Configuration validation & Code generation scripts.
- Handling of change requests tools (e.g. ALM, CSCRM), issues tracking tool, Component release (Documentations like release note, quality metrics verification).
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Good knowledge in TCP/IP and socket programming
- Good knowledge on autosar layered architecture in communication base software including CAN, Lin and Flexray
- Working experience on communication stack development
- Strong expertise in Embedded C Programing.
- Experience in SW development & Testing.
- Experience of scripting languages – Perl, OAW, Python Basics.
- Experience in debugging software and hardware issue
- BE (EC & CS)
- 4 to 8
