About the role
The role sits within Bosch's 2-wheeler braking systems area, responsible for validating and calibrating Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) and Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC) across hardware-in-the-loop setups, lab benches, and vehicle dynamic test tracks. The work spans automotive safety and compliance domains including ISO 26262 and homologation standards such as ECE R78 / AIS-033, with diagnostics over CAN/UDS using CANoe and CANalyzer. This engineer designs test cases from system requirements, automates test scripts in CAPL and Python, runs regression testing, and logs and debugs system anomalies through 8D/Jira.
What you will do
- Validate and calibrate Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) and Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC) for 2-wheeler platforms.
- Perform system validation across Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), lab benches, and vehicle dynamic test tracks.
- Design test cases from system requirements, automate test scripts (CAPL, Python), and execute regression testing.
- Validate safety mechanisms conforming to ISO 26262 and homologation standards (e.g., ECE R78 / AIS-033).
- Log, trace, and debug system anomalies using CAN/UDS diagnostics (CANoe, CANalyzer) via 8D/Jira.
