About the role

As a Solution Architect on the customer-facing architecture team, you will define how complex solutions are designed, integrated, and deployed in customer environments, working across integrations, authentication, data flows, security, and production readiness. The role partners closely with customers, Solution Consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, and Engineering to deliver technically sound, scalable architectures and reusable patterns.
What you will do
- Partner with customers to understand their existing technical environments, systems, data, and integration requirements.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet customer business and technical requirements.
- Define system integrations, APIs, authentication, authorization, data flows, and deployment patterns.
- Assess customer environments and identify technical dependencies, risks, and architectural constraints.
- Develop technical architecture diagrams, design documentation, and implementation recommendations.
- Advise customers on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and production readiness.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions can be successfully implemented.
- Review technical designs and provide guidance throughout implementation and deployment.
- Help troubleshoot complex architectural and integration challenges.
- Establish technical best practices and reusable architecture patterns across customer deployments.
- Translate customer requirements and implementation learnings into feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering, architecture, and technology leadership.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar role.
- Experience designing complex enterprise technology solutions and integrations.
- Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and data architectures.
- Experience designing solutions across multiple enterprise systems and technology environments.
- Understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and production-readiness principles.
- Technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous technical environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience architecting AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, MCP, or data-intensive solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with enterprise identity and access management, including OAuth, SSO, and role-based access controls.
- Experience designing solutions involving sensitive or highly regulated data.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
- Experience taking complex technical architectures from design through production deployment.
- Experience working in high-growth technology companies or complex enterprise environments.
