About the role
This role sits within Razorpay's design organization, which is building toward AI-native, agentic design workflows. The team aims to automate the design process from discrete tools to end-to-end systems and to make AI workflows usable by 60 designers. The Senior Product Designer (AI Builder) will research designer friction, build tools and agents, and set the standard for AI-native product design.
What you will do
- Set the new standard : Be the living proof of AI-native design workflows. Build remarkable things, show them to the team.
- Build the stack : Ship projects that progressively automate the design process - from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
- Enable the org : Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end - independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.
- Find the friction : Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.
- Stay ahead : Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby - as a core job function
