This Senior Manager - Production role at the Vadodara factory leads production target achievement, quality improvement, cost savings, Lean/TPM initiatives, and shop-floor productivity.

What you will do

  • Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.
  • Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity
  • Complete customer orders within 7 days. Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects
  • TPM Initiatives on shop floor. Safety Improvements. 5S Sustenance on shop.
  • Improve labour productivity in shop.
