The role sits within an enterprise software engineering function focused on modern Java-based platforms, SDLC toolchain automation, and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering (including agentic workflows, LLM-enabled self-service, and AIOps). The Senior Manager will coach multiple engineering teams, own technical design and delivery of Java and self-service solutions with SRE-embedded observability and resiliency, and drive governed scaling of AI-assisted development practices.
What you will do
- Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for entry-level to mid-level software engineers delivering basic to moderately complex work, while fostering a culture of opportunity and respect.
