About the role
NetApp Console is the product through which customers manage, protect, and optimize data across data centers and public cloud, and the team sits within NetApp's R&D function focused on competitive market and customer requirements, supportability, technology advancements, product quality, product cost and time-to-market. The work spans Go microservices on Kubernetes, multi-tenant APIs, and the React experiences customers use daily. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will build the platform end to end, lead design, mentor engineers, and own customer-facing platform work.
What you will do
- Design, build, and deliver capabilities across Go Microservices and React applications.
- Shape architecture and system design for secure, event-driven services, APIs, and data models on Kubernetes.
- Make trade-offs across scale, multi-tenancy, reliability, security, and cost.
- Build responsive, accessible React and TypeScript experiences on well-designed APIs.
- Lead design discussions with partner teams and help set engineering practices.
- Clear most blockers yourself, and raise major risks early with options.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate work across teams.
- Raise reliability through testing, CI/CD, observability, SLOs, and incident analysis.
