About the role
Boeing India Finance supports the Boeing Engineering & Technology Centers globally, partnering with finance, business and IT colleagues across the enterprise on engineering work placed with Boeing Global Engineering centers including India. The role works across FP&A and analytics systems, building Alteryx ETL workflows, Tableau/Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting, and driving long range business planning, monthly business reviews and variance analysis for business leaders.
What you will do
- Serve as finance support for key business leaders for the Boeing Engineering & Technology Centers Globally
- Partner with finance, business and IT colleagues across the enterprise and worldwide in the oversight and support of engineering work placed with Boeing Global Engineering centers including India for execution
- Drive Long Range Business Planning and Monthly Business Review
- Perform Variance Analysis and deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations
- Design and maintain ETL workflows using Alteryx
- Automate data ingestion and transformation processes
- Integrate data from finance systems, improve data quality and reduce manual effort
- Build dashboards using Tableau/Power BI.
- Develop KPI reporting and finance dashboards
- Automation & Process Optimization, improve reporting cycle time, improve reporting efficiency

What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor’s degree is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
- 10+ years of FP&A and Analytics experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 12 years' related work experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Certified Accountant from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is preferred
- Strong experience in Alteryx and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL (good to have)
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar.
- Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks
- Strong analytical skills, Attention to details.
- Business acumen, communication and storytelling ability
- Enable data-driven decision-making, enhanced financial visibility
- Experience with MNC’s preferred.
