About the role
The role sits within PepsiCo's HR Operations function, executing Workforce Administration transactions across the employee lifecycle in accordance with defined service levels, policies, and standard operating procedures. Work is centered on HR systems and tools, including Employee Central and SAP, for employee data management and HR transactions. This position handles employee lifecycle cases, data integrity and corrections, SLA/KPI delivery, and process improvement and automation support.
What you will do
- Process employee lifecycle transactions (Minimum 40 cases per day) including:
- Hire and Rehire
- Job changes and transfers
- Promotions and compensation updates
- Terminations and offboarding
- Leave of Absence (LOA) transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely employee data maintenance in HR systems.
- Maintain employee records in Employee Central and SAP.
- Validate data integrity and perform data corrections when required.
- Support data replication monitoring and issue resolution.
- Maintain adherence to data governance and compliance requirements.
- Deliver transactions within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality customer service to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures and controls.
- Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams, payroll teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery.
- Experience working with: SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
