About the role
Dell Technologies' Service Delivery team acts as trusted advisors to customers, building in-depth knowledge of client priorities and ensuring that Dell technical solutions and services deliver on those goals, working closely with Sales and Global Services on account growth. The role sits within enterprise data center infrastructure — Dell compute, storage, virtualization, HCI, networking, and data protection. As a Senior Engineer, the hire will lead implementation, integration, and end-to-end technical delivery for deployment, migration, and modernization projects, while troubleshooting issues, optimizing deployed solutions, documenting work, and mentoring engineers.
What you will do
- As a Senior Engineer, you will implement and optimize services, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear technical updates. You will contribute improvements to tools and procedures.
- Lead implementation and integration of Dell compute, storage, virtualization, HCI, networking, and data protection solutions.
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise infrastructure deployment, migration, and modernization projects.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, engaging customers and stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Perform assessments, upgrades, optimization, and lifecycle management of deployed solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, mentor engineers, and ensure successful customer outcomes.

What the employer is looking for
- 8+ years of deep, hands-on experience in deploying, integrating, and supporting Dell infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, networking, and data protection domains, with proven expertise in enterprise and data center environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dell PowerEdge server platforms including R-Series, MX Modular Infrastructure, and XE-Series GPU/AI-optimized servers, covering installation, configuration, lifecycle management, firmware upgrades, hardware troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with Dell Enterprise Storage solutions including Unity, PowerStore, and PowerVault, with strong skills in storage provisioning, replication, SAN/NAS architectures, performance tuning, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong expertise in virtualization and cloud infrastructure technologies including VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VMware Cluster Services, vMotion, HA, DRS, virtual networking, and enterprise workload migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms including Dell VxRail, PowerFlex, and Nutanix, covering architecture, deployment, expansion, upgrades, health monitoring, and lifecycle management of enterprise HCI environments.
