About the role
Dell Technologies' Service Delivery team makes sure the company's technical solutions help clients fulfil their priorities, challenges and initiatives, working closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues. The team operates and optimizes enterprise IT infrastructure, including NAS storage and Linux-based compute environments, across multiple datacenters. As a Senior Engineer, this role implements and optimizes services, troubleshoots issues, delivers clear technical updates, and contributes improvements to tools and procedures.
What you will do
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a NAS Administrator role and/or UNIX Administrator role with exposure to NAS
- Understanding of infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills
- Passion for operational excellence

- Expertise providing operational support and configuration of NAS storage infrastructure, including NetApp CDot
- Experience in medium to large IT infrastructure across multiple datacenters
- Good understanding of enterprise level change, incident, and problem management processes
- Hands-on experience with architecture, implementation and operation of a Linux-based compute environment
- Working knowledge in at least one scripting language: shell, Python, Perl
Preferred qualifications
- Day-to-day operational support of NAS storage environments, including NetApp CDot. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, executing system configuration, provisioning, data migration, and decommission operations. Capacity and performance data analysis of these platforms.
- Monitor ticket queue and email to identify and resolve production issues and will require weekend work and flexibility in shift scheduling
