About the role
The role sits within Mahindra Group (MASPL) and acts as the single point of contact for customers while coordinating internal cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Production Planning and Control. It focuses on project management, budgeting, schedule adherence, inventory tracking, and risk management for specified project deliverables. The position requires a mechanical engineering background plus an MBA, with 8-12 years of experience.
What you will do
- Act as single point of contact for the customer and facilitate all internal discussions within MASPL to ensure that project timelines are adhered.
- Effective project management knowledge and ability to plan and manage schedules and budgets for specified project deliverables using financial skills including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Establish priorities and ensure conflict resolution so that organization moves forward towards project completion.
- Extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- The CFT team which the employee will interact will include (but not limited to) Production, Quality, Engineering, Production Planning and Control etc.

- Risk identification and tracking
