About the role
The role sits within Mahindra's automotive engineering function focused on mechanical development and engine systems. It covers design analysis, FMEA and DVP preparation, engine build sheets, build and validation execution, failure analysis, and plant and field support. The position works cross-functionally with design, CAE, metallurgy, testing, and manufacturing teams.

- Open to travel based on project need.
- Candidates who are likely to stay on for long term are preferred.

- Failure analysis methods (Ishikawa, 8D)
- Strength of materials (Failure theories)
