About the role
The Alexa ADE DA team supports testing of software builds on the Alexa platform, Kindle platform and Kindle software products by executing test cases and qualifying builds. The role sits within Amazon's Alexa AI organization, working across Alexa and Kindle software products. This Device Associate position will execute test cases, perform regression and repetitive testing, report bugs, and communicate and escalate failures with individual status reports.
What you will do
- Execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on the Alexa platform, Kindle platform and Kindle software products.
- Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
- Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality
- Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis
- Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports
- Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLA’s
Skills used in this role
