About the role
The Creative, Marketing team at Ather is responsible for building brand Ather, creating in-house creative assets, telling stories about refined auto engineering, and shifting perceptions of EVs. The team focuses on out-of-the-box ideas, advertising innovation, and experimenting with LLMs and generative AI while working with designers, product managers, engineers, and brand managers. This role acts as brand custodian of written communication, developing campaigns and copy for brand awareness, community engagement, and new product promotion across film, OOH, print, radio, digital, social, and meme campaigns.
What you will do
- Build copy and content to support business and marketing objectives.
- Launch campaigns across film, OOH, print, on-ground, radio, digital activations, reels, social campaigns, meme campaigns, and advertising.
- Work closely with the film production team to execute films.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on communication, design, and content to deliver solutions for business problems.
- Keep the logo small.

- Driving cross-functional creative collaboration with design and communication teams to solve business challenges.
Preferred qualifications
- Utilizing LLMs and generative AI tools for creative copywriting and advertising innovation.
- Professional training in creative writing, copywriting, or business communication.
- Managing end-to-end brand communication guidelines and acting as a brand copy custodian.
