About the role
The Global Mobility function at Bosch manages international assignments, including India inbound and outbound operations across LTX/NCX/STX/STA assignment types. The work covers immigration and work permit/visa handling, FRRO registration, tax and social security compliance, relocation and health insurance, and assignment compensation such as allowances, salary review and bonus letters. The Senior Consultant executes end-to-end assignment management with SLA adherence and partners with HR, business, finance, payroll and external service providers.
What you will do
- Ensure smooth execution of LTX/NCX/STX/STA assignments with high service quality and SLA compliance (e, g, assignment letters, ESC calculation, record update in SAP data base, and payroll inputs).
- Arrange Info Visit for Associate
- Assignment briefing and data collection
- Contract preparation and contract letter preparation
- Remuneration preparation
- Sequential assignment handling
- Training support (language & intercultural)
- Ensure full compliance with immigration, tax, social security, and internal mobility policies. Accuracy in all aspects related to Global assignment (visa, FRRO, CoC, tax briefing, payroll setup, record creation).
- Guiding Employee to apply for right category of work permit/Visa.
- Collection of documents for visa / work permit
- Verification of visa documentation
- Document handling and translation
- Review of Local language lease agreements and guidance to Expat
- FRRO Registration for India Inbound Expats
- Relocation services (flight booking, household goods move, etc.)
- Global Health insurance for Assignees– new enrolment, extension and shortening(as applicable)
- Support with bank account opening in the Host Country by coordinating with Host HR team (post work permit)
- Support on Pancard application for India Inbound Expats
- Expenses & reimbursement management
- Salary Review & Bonus Calculation for the Assignees and then prepare the BPB & ASR letters
- Monthly/ One time Allowance payments (as applicable)
- Initiation of work permit / visa extensions
- Repatriation Briefing and Process
- Cancellation /surrender of Visa/work permit (as applicable)
- Strengthen partnership with internal & External Stakeholders (HRL, Business, Finance, Payroll, CTG, and Service Providers / Vendors)
- Excellent communication and sound Global Mobility knowledge for India Inbound & Outbound Operation.,Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- Proficient in MS Office, Global Mobility (Inbound & Out Bound for India region), Social Security, Tax etc.
